• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content remain with Prompter.to and its licensors.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until payment is successfully processed.

You agree not to:

Content Standards: All user submissions must be respectful, lawful, and relevant. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

No Warranties: You are solely responsible for your submissions and their consequences.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that:

• The prompts will meet your specific requirements or produce specific results
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

AI Results: Results generated using our prompts with AI platforms may vary. We are not responsible for outputs produced by third-party AI services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompter.to shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages arising from third-party content or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Prompter.to harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your user submissions or content

Our Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, AI platforms). We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
• Any damages or losses caused by third-party services
• The privacy practices of third-party services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@prompter.to to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.
